Refund policy
At Get Organics, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. In case wrong or damaged product is delivered to you, we're here to help. Please review the following refund policy to understand how we handle refunds:
Refund Eligibility:
- In case of wrong/damaged delivery, it is eligible for a replacement/refund accordingly. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Plants must be returned in their original condition. Please have the receipt of purchase as well.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please inform our customer service team and send the pictures of damaged/wrong product at support@getorganics.in within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once your return is received, inspected and approved, refund will be initiated.
